I'm a coach, a healer, a yogi and a tantrica.  I have practised yoga all of my adult life and discovered Kundalini Yoga & Tantra in 2018.  I have a deep and expansive spiritual practice and I continue to study with some of the best teachers on the planet.

Kundalini and Tantra were my gateways to the wonderful world of energy. Everything is energy and we choose the energy we bring to all aspects of our lives.

I first began to explore the energies and the consciousness around money in 2019.  

Since then I have been on a mission to empower myself and other healers and spiritual business owners to release the past, heal their shame, guilt & fear around money, embrace our infinite potential and welcome this wonderful resource into our lives and businesses on a current of love and care.

As a heart-centred coach, I take my clients through a process to bridge the gap between the physical and spiritual worlds. This allows deep healing of money wounds and frees them to truly know the value of their divine gifts, and to grow abundant and caring businesses which better serve their clients, communities and enrich our world.
